ZeroRoute’s seven days (NO QUESTIONS ASKED) returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on www.zeroroute.in for three reasons within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. Because no EXCHANGES will be generated if we receive the products not in original condition. If the product does not has any manufacturing defects or damages then the product will be eligible for exchanges only.
We will reverse pick up the shipment. Once we receive your return, we will review the product and will dispatch new product to your address (If the product is found in its original condition). You can exchange an item purchased for a new size or article if there was an error from our end while processing the order only. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, the single shipping fee is borne by you.
